The comfortable beamed Lounge/Dining area has as its
central focus a woodburning stove - wonderful for relaxing
in front of after a day exploring the fells. In addition there
is a 'Freeview' TV, DVD player, radio/cassette/CD player and
books. The dining area has pine furniture and there is a cupboard
containing a selection of games, DVDs, etc.
The separate fitted Kitchen is fully equipped with
electric fan oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
microwave and fridge. There is a secure porch
in which to hang coats, leave boots etc.
Also on the ground floor
is a separate Shower
Room with WC, washbasin and thermostatically
controlled power shower.
The Main Bedroom has pine furnishing with a king-size
bed, beamed ceiling and an en-suite Shower Room with
thermostatically controlled shower, WC and washbasin.
The Second Bedroom has pine bunk beds (3ft wide) and
pine furniture.
At the front of the house is a patio garden with table and
chairs.
A shed is available for secure storage of bicycles and there
is off road private parking for two cars.
